In June 2023, I founded Lunas Business Solutions, a consultancy dedicated to supporting small businesses and, more recently, franchisees. The inspiration came from a personal mission - to represent and support my family and friends in the Philippines working as virtual assistants, helping connect their skills with businesses that need reliable operational support.
What began as a grassroots effort has grown into a trusted provider of virtual operational services, specializing in administration, scheduling, customer service, sales, and social media marketing. We also help clients develop and implement actionable business strategies and processes, supported by experienced staff ready to execute.
Prior to starting Lunas, I worked as an Account Manager at TD SYNNEX, where I managed a diverse portfolio of clients and consistently delivered results through strong relationships, excellent service, and a deep understanding of customer needs.
